If you don't have wireless encryption configured, you need to configure it and set a strong encryption key, if you have encryption configured, then you need to change the key - of course, you'll have to enter the new key on all your connected devices, and I'll bet, that whilst doing this, you'll discover that the mystery device, is in fact, yours.
