Did some brief reading - as per the WNAP210 user manual, in factory default config, the DHCP client is disabled, and the LAN IP is 192.168.0.236:
===
The access point password is password, the access point DHCP client is disabled, the
default LAN IP address is 192.168.0.236, and the access point name is reset to the name
printed on the label on the bottom of the unit.
===So it might be required again to reconfigure the network interface (the one used to connect to the router/LAN) to this 192.168.0.123/255.255.255.0 as explained before.

Have tried to do a reset (rest button, about 10..15 seconds) and wait for the reboot?
Not sure how these elderly access points are configured following the factory default.
I would assume it will get an address from the router (or whatever DHCP server), then it should be reachable from a Web browser in plain http on that dfault IP. The configuration (eg. network name /SSID, and wireless security settings) would be retained of configured on a different network.
