How do you change WiFi Channels?

Question

Hi! My WiFi drops whenever I use my microwave and sometimes when turning on my wireless headset. I am wondering how do you change the WiFi channel so I do not keep getting interference from those two items.

My wireless router is at least 3 ft away both the microwave and the headset.
