How to Ban Mac Address
Hi there, I am using a WNDR3400v2 router with a secure password and everything, and no matter how I change my password or anything I get an unknown (none of my devices) Mac Address with the name MRSJE...
When you say "secure password" are you referring to the login password or the encryption key?
If you have a secure encryption key then whoever MRSJENSON is, then either someone gave her your encryption key or it's not as secure as you think.
See if the router has MAC access control and use that - be warned however that MAC access control is very easy to bypass - the encryption (WPA2) is what will keeo intruders off your network.
