I am using the EX7700 as a wireless extender

I am using the EX7700 as a wireless extender and have now gone a week (it was resetting every couple days) without issue after reverting to the previous firmware version, 

V1.0.0.222. I cannot say with certainty that the issue started after upgrading the firmware to the latest, but  I reverted because I felt that the issue was linked.

    What does resetting mean? 

     

    Had a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since the FW was updated to check to see if this still happens? 

    Brand and model# host router the extender is connected too?

    did you ever factory reset it after the upgrade? Tends to help with issues.

    My post was originally a reply to another older post, so the context has been lost. Now I cannot find the original post I replied to but it was an issue similar to this,

    I did all the things and either there is an issue with the latest version of firmware or there was a problem that occurred while that latest version was installed. Since I reverted back to the version specified, the extender is working as it did before.
