I can't access Routerlogin.net. Need help!

I have the NetGear Wireless G-Router WGR614v10 and it's not able to receive a internet connection. I am able to see on my devices that the wireless network is still viewable but even if the wires are connected, the internet is not recognized by the router. So, I tried to get into the router by visiting RouterLogin.net to reset some settings. Everytime I try to access that website on the PC, it doesn't go to the website, instead taking me to search engine trying to find the website. Funny thing is through I can get to the website on my smartphone. What can I do to get to that? Any suggestions why the router is not able to see the internet? I did put in a new Ethernet cable and that didn't work. I am worried that the router simply doesn't work anymore. Thanks!
