I have a netgear Nighthawk wifi mesh extender model is EX7000

Question

Cannot access router through mywifiext and the nighthawk app won't recognize it. My web browser will not access it where I can change settings. Also I can't upgrade the firmware because this issue. Can anyone help. Thanks

What router do you have?&nbsp;You should be able to log into the router and see what IP address the router assigned to the extender. Use that ip address to connect to the router.&nbsp;

Thanks for the response but everytime I enter the ip address in the search bar it pops up blocking me stating " your connection is not private" and won't allow me to access
