I love my DGN 2200 NOW

I have a DGN 2200 modem/router that was intermittently dropping connections to the internet. I had the DGN 2200 replaced no help, I had spent months working on this problem. Bottom line the trouble was in the phone line. It took 4 repair visits before they fixed the problem. My DGN 2200 now works perfectly. The only indication I had was there was some intermittent static on my phone line. The repairmen always said the line tested good until the last repairman finally found the trouble in the outside cable. I have read many complaints about this DGN 2200 dropping internet connections. After my experience I would say that the DGN 2200 is more sensitive to the DSL signal than other modems. My old modem from AT&T worked fine on the bad line. I hated the DGN 2200 until we fixed the trouble, now I love it. One happy camper. It makes a world of difference in the performance. This is my first post to a forum and the reason I did it was because this trouble drove me crazy. I hope it will save someone else from going through what I went through.
