Initiate a refund as per warranty - Extender EX3700 bought on Amazon
Dear NetGear Community,
I bought an EX3700 extender on Amazon in May 2019. Since then, I've had nothing but issues. Despite reading the documentation thoroughly and attempting to use it as best as I could, the device just simply doesn't propagate wifi signal well (across 2 rooms) and/or router signal is defected despite having the router next to the extender. I cannot use this device and would like to return it to NetGear. I bought it on Amazon.
As per the Warranty Return Policy at https://kb.netgear.com/1113/Warranty-Return-Policy I need to reach out to Customer Support to get a Return Materials Authorization. How do I do so? I don't have phone/chat/email support enabled in my account for this product, but it is still under warranty.
Looking forward to your thoughts.
Best wishes
