Installation system Set up not working

I've tried this three times - follow the genie set up, enter all my details and then it won't log me in at the end of the process! Enter my account name and password and just keeps bringing me back to the same window. ARRRGHHH! Any advice much apprecaited. Thanks! Chris

    You have the EX2700? 

    What firmware is on it? 

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    have you tried a different browser? Or a different pc/laptop?
