Internet Download Speeds with WNR2000

54MMbps on wifi is using 20Mhz which is half duplex, single stream so you will see half the speed.

You intel 5100 is 450Mbps capable which WNR200 don't but you need to change the wireless mode in the router above 150Mbps to get 40Mhz which will use dual stream which should show better performance .
