Internet speed increase has caused extender to slow down
I have the WN2000RPTv2, and on Monday my cable and internet provider increased my internet speed from 20mbps to 30mbps :) . Before this change I was able to download @ approx. 15-18mbps via my extende...

At this point I'm about done with Netgear! The customer service is a joke.
I understand my warranty has expired, but the fact that no one will even talk to me by email, phone, instant message or any other format is ridiculous!
I appreciate that you offer to talk if I pay $40, however the product only cost me $50, so for me to spend $40 so you can tell me the product needs to be replaced is absurd. I'd be better off spending that $40 on another product from a company who actually appreciates their customers and stands by their product.
