Yes - the WN2000RPT is the "next hop" so all transmissions sent to a device connected to it MUST be sent to the WN2000RPT.
If so how can I reserve ips based on mac adress with the range extender?
You can't reserve an ip address, but you should be able to assign a static ip address - consult the manual for your camera for the details.
