LED Power button blink on WNDAP350 wifi router

I have Neatgear WNDAP350 wifi router. It's power LED always blinking green and can not access LAN port. I tried to update firmwear using Windows TFTP. But defect is still available. please help me. thank you

    Here's what the description says. Indicates self test, loading software, or system fault (if continues). From the sounds of it, you've tried a reset, redoing it via tftp and still having the issue.

    this is one of Netgears prosafe devices with lifetime warranty on the device itself and a 3 year warranty on the power suppy. If you're unable to resolve it by updating over tftp, I'd try getting a replacement.

     

    Not sure how worth getting it fixed/replaced would be as its a 10 year old wireless N device. As much as I struggle getting rid of equipment, an upgrade is probably a good option when you're coming from a N300 device.
