Locked out of extender - misspelled wifi password when setting up.

Ive had my wifi extender "WN3000RPv3" for maybe around 6 months now. The other night it stopped working and i set it up again as a new extender. While doing this it seems that i have inputed the wifi password in wrong and have misspelled the wifi password which now means i'm now able to connect as i have no clue what i done instead! Is there any way to fix this? Or am i best just buying a new one? I've tried other tips on here but it is saying cause i'm not connected to the extender its not working :(. HELP please! Thanks, Sam x

Factory reset ... use the reset button as documented!

On the extender itself? I have tried that but still asks for a password and then said it was invalid.

Make sure and hold the reset button in for 7-10 seconds.

Hard wire into the extender and go to: mywifiext.net

default login is admin and default password is password

it is all lower case and sensative to spaces and capitalization. setup from there. here's the support page with installation guide, manual, and firmware.
