Login loop

Trying to set up WIFI Range Extenderusing my Web Browser to setup. I was able to create login credentials (username and password) but when I click NEXT it loops back to the login page. I have the correct username and password, but it continues to loop. Can't find anyone to contact. Very frustrating trying to get support.

    Have you tried using a different web browser? I'd start there.

    If that doesn't work, hold the reset button on the back for 7-10 seconds and reset it back to factory. 

    to contact support, go to the top of the page and click "mynetgear".  You'll register an account, your product, and then be able to go through there for support.
