M5 MR5200 for use in UK and connecting to External Antenna’s

I’m looking to upgrading our Poynting 2xMIMO XPOL-1-4/5G-V2-21 (2 x SMA cables = 2 data streams) to a Poynting 4xMIMO XPOL-5-V2-41 (4 x SMA cables = 4 Datastreams). I understand that the M5 only as 2 x TS9 connections.

My question(s) are: can the M5 process 4 Datastreams, if so in theory could I make or buy a 2 Y cables consisting of TS9 male to 2 SMA female connectors. To allow full use of the Antennas capability
