Mesh extender eax20 ax1800 how to connect

Hi, 
is anyone can help me please how to connect and to which port the mesh extender to

- modem

- router

- home phone

    What exactly are you trying to do? 

    If you're hardwiring in the EAX20 to your router, you need to set it up in access point mode. 

    If you're planning on using it wireless, you don't connect it to your modem or your router with ethernet. 

    And what phone are we talking? are we connecting a wireless phone? Or what exactly?
