What does this message mean? Why is it popping up on my screen? Have I been hacked?

Please help me understand what I need ro do. Thank you!!

    Hi Highland1625, it is possible that your device is automatically joining the network. If it is not your network or recognized network, you can go to the device settings and forget the network for it to not reconnect automatically.
