Not much to go off here.
You have the MK62?
Firmware on it?
What modem/gateway are you connecting it to?
- LazyDaysSep 03, 2020AspirantI have the MK62 up until last night it was showing connection to my internet provider modem (AT&T). It now just blinks white or is red. I have rebooted the entire system (including the AT&T modem).
I’m not certain what firmware it is running as I cannot access the router information. The app is saying it does now locate the router. I have been using this since late April early May without issues. I did rename the router. I am open to changing it back but I can not access the router settings to accomplish this.- plemansSep 04, 2020Guru - Experienced User
most all att devices are modem/router combo devices. A double nat can cause issues with the app.
do you have the att gateway in passthrough mode? or the netgear's IP address in the att's gateway DMZ? Or the netgear router in AP mode?

- LazyDaysSep 04, 2020AspirantI am not certain. I’m obliviously over my head. I guess I am going to just disconnect the Netgear Nighthawk with it on my devices won’t pick up my AT&T internet services.
I am able to access the settings on the AT&T modem but the Netgear Nighthawk router isn’t allowing me access. I feel that’s part of the issue with the MK62 router being renamed and it’s trying to connect to itself but not allowing it to join.
