Model: EAX80 NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I purchase the Model: EAX80.  I connected to my Spectrum modeum.  For some reason the internet wireless connection on my devices is now not working.  It connects on and off.  In most case the extender reflects connection to the internet but my wireless devices drops.

    What router did you connect it to? 

    What firmware is on the extender? 

    Did you set it up via the installation wizard or using the WPS method.
