Model EX2700
I have wifi range extender model ex 27.00 every evening usually at the same time 7.30 it clicks this last for about 10 minutes is this usual
It clicks? As in, it makes a noise? On a schedule?
If the answers to the above questions are 'yes, yes, yes'-the answer is 'no'. This is not what you would call "normal".
The answers are yes it sounds like it's being switched off and on intermittently what do you suggest I do
If it happens at the same time every night, you need to figure out what is the same about 1930 every night. Is it a power issue? Is it a heat issue? EIther way, when electronic devices make clicking noises (when they're not supposed to), it is not usually a good sign. Possibly a relay or switch in it is going bad.
It is only a few months old I will have to return it I think I don't have a customer service number
