Model EX6150V2 - Connect to New Router

Hi Everyone.  I am really hoping someone can help me out!  I bought my extender 2 years ago.  I used it for a year and have since moved and didn't need it until now.  I plugged it in and the lights came on green but when I try to connect my phone or computer to the NETGEAR_EXT network, it doesn't show up at all.  I've tried the factory reset button and still nothing.  Can someone provide a link for instructions on how to resolve this issue? Or let me know what I can do to fix it?  I appreciate any help I can get.

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
