MODEL NUMBER AC2200 NIGHTHAWK X4S TRI-BAND MESH EXTENDER EX7500. I HAVE NO INTERNET connectio
I have no internet connection although my device shows it connected with a blue light i have talked with the provider and they have included the mac address to allow the device access to the internet. The tell me the mac address is not shone on their system as connected and suggested that the mac number may be wrong and it is what on the box and on the device.
This thing wasn't cheap please if anyone has a solution please advise I am getting No help From Netgear even after paying 30. dollars for support im not happy with these people at all thinking they have no responsibility and you're on your own to look it up. What kind of show is it we dont care show

1. If you just bought the device, support is free from the first 90 days of purchase. After 90 days it is paid support. many google for supports number and get scam/con sites. To access support. click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and then the device. From there you can access support.
2. What router are you connecting it to?
3. What firmware is on the extender?
4. How did you set up the extender? Did you set it up using wps?
