Moving WPS connected wall plug Netgear extender
I have just connected my wall-plugged Netgear extender to my new modem via WPS successfully. I have placed the extender halfway between where my modem is and where the area with the poor wifi connect...
the problem with wifi extenders is they still need a signal to pickup and rebroadcast. If you move it to where there isn't a signal, it has nothing to pick up. Its why its usually recommended to be halfway between the router and the area you want to cover.
