mr60 configuration changes revert after rebooting
all changes to my mr60 go away every time I reboot. Hardware Version: MR60 Firmware Version: V1.1.7.134_2.0.65 I am experiencing the same issue discussed at length here that never had a prop...

It was connected to an arris SB8200.
It is now connected to a hitron coda56.
I've had this issue for some time across both devices. The only reason I notice is because my custom dns settings get reverted every time it reboots.
I'll try the manual firmware install and factory reset as soon as it is ok to take down my internet here.

What custom DNS settings were you using?

I've been using opendns for many years. I switched to nextdns in 2024. Every time I reboot the MR60 the opendns servers reappear.

Even you set Auto DNS and let the MR auto detect ISP DNS?

If I set automatic dns, after a reboot the old opendns servers reappear. It's like an old configuration is burned into the rom of the router. There is no mention of these ip addresses anywhere in the current config, I haven't used opendns servers since 7/2023. I can program in automatic dns from isp, or any other custom dns servers (nextdns, google, etc) and a simple reboot of the router returns the config to what was set months ago. This should never happen, something is clearly wrong.
