MR60 only shows one satellite after software update
Installed the Nighthawk Mesh last night. It showed 2 satellites after the installation. This morning, a software update was provided. But after software upgrade, the system now shows only one satelli...

are you checking status through the app or through the browser?
Log in through the browser and look at its attached devices list to see if its on there.
Its not abnormal for after a reboot for most devices to attach to the router or a specific satellite as those devices might have booted up first.
It usually takes devices moving and disconnecting/reconnecting to optimize.

have you checked/rebooted both satellites?
Maybe one needs to be re-sync'd.
Or maybe one didn't update and won't connect.

Both satellites show the connected states, blue lights. I then recycled one satellite and even moved the satellite close to the router. But there is no change. The other satellite is carrying the traffic.

Thanks for the suggestion of checking into the router through the browser. The app shows one satellite and the router admin panel shows two satellites.
