My EX2700 Range Extender won't work after Router change

I have done a factory reset, and Extender appears to have connected to Router - correct lights on.

When I try to attach my laptop, it states 'unable to connect'.  I have also tried using the 192.168.1.250 method, but this failed miserably too.  Any help gratefully received.

    When you installed it, what method of install did you use? WPS?

    What router are you connecting it to? 

     

    Try factory resetting it. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

    After the reset, install using the installation assistant and NOT wps.
