My ex6120 disconnects every night. How can I fix the problem please
What router is it connected to?
What firmware is on the extender?
what method of setup did you use? wps or the installation assistant?
Have you tried setting it with a static ip address in the router?

I haven't touched the firmware
With wps and wouldn't know how to do that last one? Sure I could work ot out though......thanks đ

Seems like I see a lot of issues on here with the virgin hub 3.
I'd try installing the extender using the installation assistant and not using wps.
The virgin manual should have instructions on setting a static ip address
