My router won’t allow my ps4 to connect on LAN

I tried using my Ethernet cable from the netgear extender to my ps4 however it keeps sayin that my router might be preventing my ps4 from connecting to the internet. Please help I don’t know what to do. Thank you

    What extender are you using? 

    Firmware on it? 

    Does the extender work fine over wifi? 

    Is the R7000P in the signature your router? 

    What modem is it connected to?
