mywifiext Username/Password
I cannot login to mywifiext to connect my extender to my router. It does not recognize my username/password and will not reset, asking a question that I had not setup when I originally entered my username and password. I see no phone number to call for help, etc. Getting very.... fustrated.

The default user name is admin. The default password is password. They're case sensitive.
If you don't know the current password and didn't setup or don't know the security questions, you'll need to factory reset.
while the extender is powered on, push and hold reset. It usually takes 7-15 seconds. You'll know you've held it long enough when the lights change.
Then follow the setup procedure.
