N300 EX2700 can't login

I have the N300 EX2700 range extender. I have had it for abou a year and a half. I had no trouble setting it up.

It has been working good ever since. It is still working ( all lights are green. I tryed logging into it (www(dot)mywifiext(dot)net),

but I do not get the login screen. I get 'New Extender Setup, instead. I wanted to check for firmware updates, but I can't 

log in. Do I have to do a factory reset? I hope not. Is there anything else that can be done?
