N300 Ex2700 connection to t mobile router with no wps button

Would anyone know how to connect the ex2700 without a WPS button to a T-Mobile wifi router?  Have looked for the connection wizard with no luck.  Have plugged in the correct address but it just takes me back to where I was in the beginning.  Thanks!

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
