N300 range extender model EX2700
I have a new service provider and am having trouble connecting my Netgear EX2700 range extender. I have done the factory reset and I see Netgear_ext in my list. However, when I try to connect to the mywifi the message is "refused to connect" I cannot connect the range extender to my router. Help!

1. when you factory reset, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while plugged in?
2. have you tried a different device?
3. have you tried a different web browser?
