N300 WiFi Range Extender

When I first set up my WiFi extender everything was fine. Then the WiFi turned off and when I went to go back on and reconnect it said my password had changed and I tried everything I could think that it might have changed to and it didn’t work. I then tried to log on and it said my information was wrong which I know it wasn’t because it logged me out before and I answered my security questions to give me my correct details. I then tried to restore it to factory settings because the manual told me to and it keeps going amber and then going back green and not rebooting itself? Help!?

    Hi Tayla - Please factory reset the unit by pressing down on the button for 30+ seconds.
