NAT type on playstation 3

How do i change my NAT type for my ps3? i really cant figure it out. I have upnp on and i cannot find anyother way to change it online. please help! my router is wgr614 v7. Any help is appreaciated. Thankss!

    make sure router status of the router interface shows the routable (Public IP, released by IP) for the internet port IP first.

    there is just about SAME thread so read already posted threads
