Netgear AC750 EX3110

I have my Extender EX3110 for about a year, and it has not been able to connect to my Xfinity modem for the past month or so.  Does the EX3110 need to be upgraded, and if so, how?  Thank you.

    How are you setting it up? 

    WPS? 

    Using the app? 

    Using the installation assistant? 

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    What error do you get? 

    What do the leds on the extender do? 

    Details are key
