Netgear AC750 EX6100 WiFi Range Extender - Initial Setup - No Green light recognizing router

I have a Netgear AC750 EX6100 WiFi Range Extender - I have successfully paired WPS to router. Power is green, WPS is green. But when I unplug and move to new area, there is no light at all recognizing my router. My understanding is that it should be green amber or red. But there is no light at all. What does t his mean? Obviously, I cannot connect to 2G or 5G. I have paired at least 3 times and still no light/luck. Any help is appreciated.
