NETGEAR AC750 Wifi Range Extender not working

Hello! I've had my NETGEAR AC750 Wifi Range Extender Model EX3700 for about 9 months. It is only used for connecting the LAN cable to PS4 or a laptop. Suddenly today it stopped working even after a factory reset. No signs of life from it. Any suggestions? Thank you!

    Any of the led's lit up? If so, which ones/color/solid/blinking?

     

    If none light up, i'd start the rma process. Click mynetgear at the top, register an account and then the device. from there you can start the rma process.

      Btw, there is an on/off button. I know it sounds stupid but you did turn it on?

        I tried on/off button and factory reset.  Nothing.  Thanks for your response

      None of the lights are blinking.  Will make a ticket for replacement.   Thank you for your response!
