netgear dgn2200 (how to port forward) step by step

guys brought this router 6 months old of ebay new really

i setup with serious speed ounce network went live

i am no networker just a home user

other routers show you how to port forward-but this one does not

ok lets go through what i have done then if anythings a miss fill me in please.

block sites left it!1

firewall rules - i added allowed but not on my own ip address.
if i put in ip addreses but change the last digit it works? is this correct!2

services-put in donload service utorrent full range it tells me it can do.

so if i did it correct why then does utorrent say port closed? on its own setup function.

please tell me wherei am wrong or is that it???

i dont want to pay for the software portforward
