netgear ex3700 does not authenticate with t-mobile zyxel DX5401-B1 router
I want to use the EX3700 as an extender to the t-mobile zyxel DX5401-B1 router. I installed the latest firmware V10096_1.0.62 in the EX3700. Using the WPS procedure, the connection fails. Configur...
Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? >> Yes I did but the connection failed over and over again
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant. >> I did that and the authentication works. I assume that the problem is with the WPA... which is not supported by the EX3700.
I returned the Netgear extender and bought a Zyxel model.
Case closed
Fair enough. if you returned it you might mark this solved so others aren't still trying to fix it.
