Netgear EX6E10 extender - blocking some websites

My router is an eero 6  - after setting up the Netgear EX6E10 extender some websites appear to be blocked in all my browsers (Mac OS - Safari/Chrome/Firefox)  If I turn off the extender these sites are no longer blocked and will load normally. How can I fix this please?

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
