Netgear EX7000 range extender cant login

I'm trying to login to the extender to configure settings. I was able to set it up as an access point. but I can't login to change settings. I tried the IP address of the device (checked hte connected devices on my router to get the IP address of the EX7000) and it doesn't work and I've tried http://mywifiext and this doesn't work either. Can anyone help please?

    Hello Toph_Bei_Fong, 

     

    You may need to try a different web browser or device to access the extender's admin page and see if the issue persists. You may also want to try a factory reset on the extender and going through the setup assistant again.
