Netgear EX7500 not booting up.
My extender was working fine yesterday. I moved it to a socket in another part of the house, and now it's just sitting there booting forever. By that I mean a slow pulsing blue power light. ...

Usually if something is corrupt, its red. Odd thats its slow blinking blue.
If you hardwire a pc/laptop into it, does it get an ip address or can it access it?
when you're resetting, are you holding for up to 30 seconds

Well I dunno, after a day or so of not being able to get it to work, I plugged it in to try your idea of holding the reset button down for 30 seconds, and what do you know? I got a solid blue light after a short time.
So now it's working just fine again.

Glad to hear you got it working! You might mark it solved so others aren't still trying to fix it 🙂

So I had it going again, in my office (off of our living area) right next to me and the router.
I moved it about 10 metres away, still in the same living area, still in line of sight of the router, and the same thing happened. Slow blinking light. I left it overnight, thinking it might sort itself out, but nope.
So then, just now, in the morning I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and within a short time it booted up again and is working. I did plug it back into a different socket on the power strip I'm using. I wonder if that could have anything to do with it?
Or I might have a partially faulty unit. I'll play around a bit more.
