Netgear EX8000 X6S DOWNLOAD SPEED CUT IN HALF

So at my modem I'm getting 412mbs but at my triband EX8000 when I run the speed test it comes up with 155mbs any way to resolve my download speed issue

My RAX80 / AX8 and r7000 -- both showed that WAN port is capped at 500 MBPS which was half of my 940 mbps connection.
