NetGear Extender EX5000 password issue

I have set up my extender and everything shows to be functioning.  When I try to access the wifi signal it ask for a password.  After some research I found where it is either not password protected, ...

Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

If so, factory reset the extender and try setting it up using the installation assistant.

To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
