netgear extender ex6120

I have a NETGEAR EX6120 extender connected to my Verizon 5g router. I can connect all devices thru the extender to the internet  with no issues (including 2 iPads) except my iPhone 13 and iPhone 12....

    are you using icloud relay or private mac/ip address on them?

    Try it with those disabled.

    did you setup the extender using wps or using the installation assistant? 

    What verizon router is it?

    Thank you for the information. I turned off the private wi-fi address setting for only the Wi-Fi extender and now it works perfectly.

    Thanks again for the assistance. Just a note that on my ipads that setting is turned on and the extender works.
