I'm having the exact same issues. Had it packed away as we moved somewhere smaller and didn't need it. Tried to set it up a few days and got the same situation as you. I tried again today and still nothing. I've tried to reset a bunch of times. Maybe these models no longer work? Mines a WN2000RPTv3.
