NETGEAR LOG-IN PROMPTS PASWORD RESET - BUT TIMES OUT BEFORE COMPLETION - FRUSTRATING CYCLE!!
Using extender 7500 - devices nearby ask for username and password, so i enter these, it asks me fopr security questions but by the time I complete these, it says 'login failed due to time out' and i am taken back to the start of the sign-in process .... and the whole thing happens again,,,,, so i am unable to use the extender to connect to any devices - it is useless, as things stand. I have unplugged, waited 10 secs and plugged back in - same result.

Did you try factory resetting?
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
You can also try a different pc/laptop and/or web browser.
