NETGEAR MODEL number EX64003 can locate the network

I am trying to setup my Netgear AC1900 Model Ex6400v3 network extender with my Starlink internet.  I am not able to see the extender network on my computer or on my iphone.

    the EX6400 is a mesh extender. Meaning if you set it up using wps or the default settings in the installation assistant, it sets up with the exact same ssid as the router. It won't show up separate. Thats the whole point of a mesh extender.
